NACA and Groups Send Letter Urging Congress to Investigate Illegal Firings of FTC Commissioners

NACA joined a group of public interest organizations to send a letter to congressional leaders expressing alarm over President Trump’s unlawful attempts to fire FTC Commissioners Alvaro Bedoya and Rebecca Kelly Slaughter. The letter urged Congress to investigate the firings and use all powers available to them to restore and protect the independence of the FTC.
