NACA Joins Letter in Support of Bill to Prevent Companies from Using Bankruptcy to Evade Accountability

NACA joined public interest groups on a letter to the House Judiciary Committee in support of the Nondebtor Release Prohibition Act of 2021, H.R. 4777 which would prevent corporations that have harmed consumers from abusing the bankruptcy system to escape accountability to their victims.
