  • How to overcome common challenges associated with lemon law cases

Speaker

Mark Aschermann is an attorney in Austin, TX, who has been Board Certified in Commercial and Consumer Law in Texas since 1995. Mr. Aschermann is a solo practitioner representing consumers in a wide variety of matters but especially lemon law, insurance, and consumer financial disputes. He has tried a number of cases to jury and to the court as well as a number of arbitration proceedings, most all through the American Arbitration Association. He has also pursued remedies in administrative proceedings. In over twenty-five years of experience, he has become better at assessing claims in which he can help the consumer and make a fee for himself, but this remains a difficult art that punishes poor judgment.
