Will Geddings is a debtor’s lawyer who has spent the better part of a decade working at Hays Cauley, P.C. in Florence, South Carolina. Hays Cauley is a consumer/debtor’s firm that only provides services to consumers/debtors, which include litigating cases in which creditors have violated the FCRA, the FDCPA, the TCPA, TILA, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and South Carolina law. Will’s main areas of practice include all of the aforementioned areas but center around debt defense and automobile fraud.
Taras Rudnitsky is a consumer protection attorney near Orlando, FL. Taras was formerly an automotive engineer and automotive design expert witness. He represents consumers in auto fraud cases, warranty cases, home solicitation sales, debt collection defense, and other consumer protection cases. Taras is also active in the legal community, having served on the Florida Bar’s Small Claims Rules Committee and Consumer Protection Law Committee. His dedication to pro bono representation of consumers has repeatedly been recognized by the Florida Supreme Court and other organizations. He is also past President of the Ukrainian American Bar Association, an international bar association.
Susan Yeck has exclusively practiced automobile litigation since 2004, representing California consumers. She has been a trial attorney for over thirty years and has appeared in superior and appellate courts throughout the state. She has several Appellate Decisions—two notably in the warranty law area. She has served as a Judge Pro Tem, settlement panel judge and arbitrator for San Diego County.
